Is Donald Trump Really "Morally Unfit" to be the President of the US?

Use of chemical weapons in the Syria conflict an example?

Is Donald Trump Really

Well, that is the allegation of the former FBI director James Comey. We all know about the endless controversies Trump is surrounded with. From the usage of Facebook data for influencing voters to collusion with the Russians in the 2016 US Elections, it has been a roller coaster ride. There are several others, of course. The Trump University, affair with Stormy Daniels, pu**y-gate scandal are some other scandals to name.

But, do these really mean that Trump is NOT FIT to be the President? We are all amazed by the claims of the wall which would cost over $10 billion (who's going to pay for it, really?). Endless claims and overestimation of figures are other issues as well. There's no denying that America is one of the powerful nations in the world. But can it really afford a President who is not morally fit?

25th Amendment of the Constitution, which can result in the succession of the President has also been brought up in the news. That alone tells us that the issue is serious!

Let's take a look...

Trump - Morally unfit?

The "pee tape" claim is another issue which isn't directly related to American politics but then, if the event did take place and if Russia indeed has a video tape to support the claim, Trump can be blackmailed.

"A person ... who talks about and treats women like they're pieces of meat, who lies constantly about matters big and small and insists the American people believe it, that person's not fit to be president of the United States, on moral grounds. And that's not a policy statement." - James Comey

Comey was fired by Trump in last May. This happened whilst the 2016 US Elections were being probed into for Russian interference and also the possible collusion of the same with the Trump campaign. In his recent interview, Comey said that he thinks Trump is doing tremendous damage to the institution and cultural norms.

We all know about the civil war going on in Syria. But the recent events of attack-in-retaliation need to be assessed. Here's what Donald Trump is saying:

Mission Accomplished

Was it?

It was alleged that on April 7, the Syrian town on Douma was hit by a chemical attack. The claims vary though. With Russia claiming there was no chemical attack (all this being a staged act), the perpetrator behind the said attacks yet to be identified and the US & allied powers being assured that Assad was behind the attack, it is all indeed a conflict.

But then, isn't the attack in retaliation a bit too far fetched?

Yes. America, France, and Britain pulled out a chemical attack on Syria to counter a suspected attack in the city of Douma by the Assad regime. More than 100 cruise missiles were launched striking three Syrian facilities.

All we can do right now is pray that our leaders did not take a wrong decision. Our hopes and prayers are with the civilians of Syria who are suffering this horrible fate.
