Carolyn who lives in Perth, Australia, recently spoke to FEMAIL about how she gave up her addiction for sweet and removed sugar from her life to be what she is today.
"A lot of women post 50 think that it's not possible to maintain a reasonable shape and weight when they reach 50 or beyond," shares Hartz.
She also added further, "I even speak to women who are in their 40s and who have had children and thought they cannot regain their post baby body," reports Daily Mail.

No doubt it is hard for women to stay in shape post 40, but it is not at all impossible if you want to work on it.
"Our metabolism slows down as we get older, and that's where we need to take control and make some healthy choices to keep it in control."
Carolyn replied: "I [Carolyn] believe it is essential to be aware of the type of food you eat and the quantity of food you eat. Being mindful while you are eating is a huge factor."
