Well, my dear readers, I'm among one of you. Even I've been through situations that led me to overthink, yet I've recovered from them through my will power. You won't believe the things I'm going to cover here when you can relate to almost all of them. You know why? Because if you're someone who thinks way too much, then you'll be having all the below mentioned symptoms.

Stop thinking! Tomorrow is not defined yet; anything could happen. Why spoil your today in the tensions of future? Simply be here today.

You're an adult, and you know that. For God's sake, take your own decisions! I know it's easier said than done. You love your close ones too much, but please, please understand, that you have to take your own decision.
I know if you overthink or just forget about little, you'd be spending your life brooding about the past and thinking about the future. This is one such talent which runs through your veins. And believe me, this talent is absolute of no point. I'd suggest you leave the past as it's gone, future is not defined that can be dealt with afterwards; so only live in the present.
There's absolutely no point in being a part of a relationship if you're always worried about it. First, you were fretting you'd never be in one, and now you're worried you're not in the right one.
