Even positive opinions have the same impact on the person as the negative ones.

Group discussions, personality classes, exercise, yoga are some other non-conventional methods that can help in a better way.
Love and care are the best alternatives for medicines. Family and friends have a crucial role to play in the patient's life.
Family and friends should encourage the person to involve in small discussions. The person should be encouraged to express his/her opinion so that he/she can handle easily. The loved ones must keep patience, as the treatment can go for long.
Don't be afraid. Your fear can hinder your treatment. Just be calm and try to live your life normally. Don't think that you are suffering from any phobia. Keep saying to yourself; All is well.
