Life is beautiful.

When I watched this movie based on the horrendous treatment of Jews in the concentration camps (Holocaust) during Hitler's rule, I was shocked and surprised at the same time. How could a ruler, who believed that his Aryan race was superior, send all the Jews to concentration camps and order mass killings through worst means. Albert Einstein, among few others Jews, managed to escape Germany and turned out to become one of the greatest scientists. How many other potential prodigies may have been killed? How many died for no reason at all? A very difficult question to answer!

Here's how these concentration camps worked and killed systematically. Gear up for the worst. You deserve to know.

Murder Trains

Murder Trains

These were the trains which would transport Jews from all over the Europe to Germany. The trains had the capacity to carry only 50 people, but Nazis filled the trains with 200 people. They were denied food and water for the 2-week long journey. When they reached the destination, everyone was dead. That's what we call deceptive killing. Nothing to be surprised here, Nazis were trained to kill by any means.

These were the Jews who were appointed to maintain discipline and order in concentration camps. They were also called the dark secret people whose sinister duties include taking out Gold Teeth from the dead, claiming their valuables and getting rid of their ashes. The horrible part was these Jews themselves killed over intervals, so as to maintain the secret.

Nazis were trained and brainwashed into killing in a hideous way. They would just kill any Jew passing by, including women and children. Later they would boast how they had killed them. That is totally unfathomable. One officer said, he just shot everyone on the path, and what he enjoyed most was killing a woman who was walking with a pram!

Human Soaps

It was alleged that the soaps that were made available to Jews were manufactured from human fat. The dead bodies were processed to take out their fat and then the Human Soaps were made for Jews. The Nazis denied that but escaped inmates said they witnessed this from their eyes.

Dark Cells

The Jews who were unable to work due to languishing bodies were shifted to Dark Cells. There were no lights and air available in the dark cells; all this was planned deliberately for inmates to die a slow suffocating death. Also, certain inmates were made to stand for days so that they could die a natural death; some of them who disobeyed were shot in the head.

Human Experiments

This was the most nefarious deed done by the Nazis. The inmates were used for all the eugenic experiments, to search for the perfect human. Everyone including transgenders, twins, women and old men were used as lab rats and the experiments that were carried included – stitching the twins, injecting viruses and live dissection.

Murder Of The Handicaps

Hitler ordered mass cleaning of the people who were handicapped, impaired, mentally disabled and transgender. That was called Euthanasia Decree where those who were unable to contribute to the society should be removed. As a result, 200,000 people were killed to establish that Utopian idea of 'Master Race'. The people who deserved all the love, concern, support and care were killed brutally.

Jews Ghettos

The Jews were made to live in ghettos that were meant for maximum 10,000 people. But eventually, millions of Jews were inserted into the ghettos where multiple families lived in a single home. Later, they were denied food and water where they died a slow death.

Women during the Holocaust

"In both camps and ghettos, women were particularly vulnerable to beatings and rape. Pregnant Jewish women often tried to conceal their pregnancies or were forced to submit to abortions. Females deported from Poland and the Soviet Union for forced labor in the Reich were often beaten or raped, or forced to submit to sexual relations for food or other necessities or basic comforts."
