Singapore was never a favorite place for bookies who bet on American President Donald Trump and North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un's meeting. The site which topped their minds was a Korean demilitarized area, or DMZ, where South Korean President Moon Jae-in met Kim earlier in April. Even Switzerland was on the charts for many reasons. First, it's a bastion of neutrality, and secondly, Kim has spent four years of schooling as a child there.
