It seems as if Disney has learned the art of revealing the cast of its film in a way that makes people go crazy and high over the announcement. First, the cast of Beauty and The Beast, then Aladdin and now we have The Lion King cast knocking the notification doors in our cellphone.Former American actor who is producing the film, Jon Favreau says, "It is a director's dream to assemble a talented team like this to bring this classic story to life," reports Hollywood Reporter.Earlier on July 17, 2017, the crowd had gone entirely wild and mad when Disney raised the bar of people's expectation by showing the first footage of The Lion King at the D23 Expo.Have a look at the full cast!
James Earl Jones is reprising his role from the 1994's original The Lion King film as Simba's father, Mufasa.
Sarabi, who is Mufasa's wife and Simba's mother will be played by the American films and TV actress, Alfre Woodard.
