American President Donald Trump has ordered his Department of Homeland Security to "step up" on vetting measures, as the deadly truck attack happened in New York is declared 'terrorist attack by officials.'The attack has already killed eight people, while 11 individuals are reported to be injured till the time this article was made live. The truck driver suddenly started to drive on cycling path recklessly which led to these casualties. Among the dead ones, 5 are Argentines.Police shot the 29-year-old suspect on the spot whose name (as per media) is Sayfullo Saipov.
