Ask anyone who has traversed continents via the air route, and you will know why flying isn't as appreciated as expected. Except for the complimentary alcohol and yum chocolates that you can grab on long flights, there is nothing that can excite the passengers. And no, I am not complaining about the cramped up, uncomfortable seats or derisory leg space alone, there is a lot more to add to the distress of the passengers; I’m sure the regular travellers, who don’t have the fortune to grace the business class, will nod in affirmation. However, certain things are against nepotism and affect everyone, irrespective of the class you are travelling in.Long flights affect the passengers in more than one way and mess up their body/system. Skiers are at a greater risk of catching infections through stale water stored in airplanes. Instead, opt for packaged juices or drinks which are more hygienic and healthy alternatives.

Keep clean.

Keep sanitizing your hands and wear a face mask to ward off any germs that may be lurking around you.

Keep moisturizing.

Last but not the least, keep a moisturizer handy to prevent your skin from drying. A lip balm is a must while traveling if you don’t want to end up with chapped lips.
